Cross-Jurisdictional Problems

COMMENT

This is an interesting topic that I expect to grow. The courts have recognized how many of the regulatory challenges that governments face are cross-jurisdictional (often international) and the need for novel adequate solutions to address them. Take social media or capital flows for example, where the activity is inherently cross-jurisdictional and regulating within a government's conventional geographic jurisiction may be inadequate.
