Subsidiarity

COMMENT

'Subsidiarity' is a legal concept that says that legal regulation should always be conducted at the lowest political level possible. It isn't widely recognized as either a Canadian or a U.S. legal value, although it is widely-embraced in the European Union.

CASES

Subsidiarity - General
Subsidiarity - Municipal
